A one-time review

Business Security Assessment

Starting at $2,000

For a documented view of the weaknesses in your agreed systems.

What you receive

  • An executive summary and supporting findings
  • A prioritized action plan
  • A one-hour results meeting with you and, if agreed, your IT provider

Typical starting environment

Up to 10 user accounts and 10 workstations, one Microsoft 365 tenant, and one location. Agreed checks can include account and sign-in settings, workstation protections and update status, backup practices, and basic external checks for one authorized public IP and one website/domain.

Your quote lists the exact checks, supported platforms, access, and delivery schedule. Servers, custom applications, extra tenants or locations, penetration testing, restore tests, and implementation are separate scope.

Advice on a defined question

Cybersecurity Consulting

Starting at $750

For an existing finding, a planning question, or a proposed security change.

Starting engagement

  • One agreed security question, using the information you supply
  • A 60-minute discovery discussion
  • A written decision brief with recommendations, assumptions, and open questions
  • A 30-minute follow-up discussion

Up to four advisory hours total. Meetings, preparation, document review, and writing all count toward that time.

An assessment purchase is not required. New technical testing, implementation, formal audits, and broader consulting projects have a separate quote.

Assessment plus follow-through

Assessment & Improvement Plan

Starting at $3,000

For a business that wants a review and help organizing the work that follows.

What the starting plan includes

  • The Business Security Assessment, with its report, priorities, and one-hour results meeting
  • A 90-day improvement roadmap for up to five priority actions
  • Proposed owners, dependencies, planning windows, and evidence to request
  • Two 45-minute working sessions and one 30-minute progress check-in

The starting assessment environment is up to 10 accounts and 10 workstations, one Microsoft 365 tenant, and one location. The same agreed-check boundaries apply as the standalone assessment.

Up to six additional advisory hours, including meetings, roadmap preparation, and review of supplied updates. Follow-up takes place within 60 days of the results meeting; the 90-day roadmap is the planning horizon.

Your team or IT provider implements the changes. Check-ins review supplied updates and evidence; implementation, rescans, technical retesting, and ongoing availability are separate work.

Ongoing Security Advisory

Custom quote

For scheduled guidance, progress reporting, and the reviews in your agreement.

A plan around your priorities

Your quote can combine monthly advisory meetings, quarterly security reviews, an action register, and progress reports. Scope can build on existing findings or an agreed baseline.

We define covered systems, advisory time, meeting and review frequency, methods, deliverables, and contact arrangements in writing. An initial assessment or baseline review is quoted separately unless expressly included.

Scheduled advisory is not continuous monitoring, 24/7 support, incident response, or an unlimited-device service. No recurring agreement is required for an assessment or focused consulting engagement.

Focused reviews and team projects

Scope the work around the question.

Need a specific Microsoft 365 review, a defined group of accounts checked, or help with a workstream inside a larger environment? We’ll discuss the objective, supported platforms, evidence, and deliverables before quoting.

Final pricing reflects the accounts and systems involved, review depth, coordination, advisory time, and any agreed follow-up. Additional work is approved before it is added.

How do I choose between assessment and consulting?

Choose an assessment when you need agreed systems checked and findings documented. Choose consulting when you have a defined decision and existing information. The combined plan adds a roadmap and bounded follow-up consulting to the assessment.

Why does the combined plan cost more than an assessment?

It includes additional planning and follow-up work: a 90-day roadmap for up to five priority actions and up to six advisory hours, including the specified working sessions and progress check-in. The standalone assessment already includes recommendations and its results meeting.

Does the starting price cover a larger organization?

The assessment and combined starting fees apply to their stated small-environment scope. A larger organization can engage us for a defined tenant, account group, device population, or consulting workstream, with a custom quote.

What is separate from these starting prices?

Implementation, live restore tests, penetration testing, technical retesting, additional environments, specialist requirements, and work outside the written scope are separate. These engagements do not certify compliance or guarantee that every weakness will be found.

What happens after we agree on a quote?

We finalize the agreement, written authorization, payment arrangements, schedule, and access plan. No system access or testing begins before the required agreement and authorization are in place.
