SERVICES

Cybersecurity services for your business.

Get answers about the security of your email, computers, accounts, and business systems. We check for weaknesses, explain the findings, and help you decide what to address first.

SECURITY ASSESSMENTS

See where your business needs attention.

Whether you have a specific concern or want a starting point, we help you understand what is in place and where there are gaps.

Business security assessments

A review of how your business protects the accounts, computers, and information it relies on.

Why it matters
When you’re unsure where to start, an assessment helps you choose your next security investment with better information.
What you receive
A summary for the business owner, supporting findings, priorities, and a results meeting to explain your next steps.

Security scans & vulnerability reviews

Automated checks for known flaws in agreed computers, servers, websites, or public-facing systems, followed by a review of the findings.

Why it matters
Missing updates and exposed services can be easy to overlook during day-to-day IT work.
What you receive
Findings that identify affected systems, explain the risk, and recommend fixes in priority order. Scanning is distinct from a penetration test, which actively tests ways an attacker could break in.

Microsoft 365 & email security reviews

A check of agreed settings that protect your business email, files, administrator accounts, and sharing.

Why it matters
Your team needs to collaborate without giving the wrong people access to business information.
What you receive
Specific settings that need attention and recommended changes suited to your subscription and the way your team works.

Account access & sign-in protection

A review of who has access, which accounts are still needed, and where multi-factor authentication adds a second sign-in check.

Why it matters
Former employees, unnecessary administrator access, and weak sign-in protection can leave avoidable openings.
What you receive
A list of account and access gaps, recommended cleanup, and steps to strengthen sign-ins without guessing what needs to change.

Know what the findings mean for you.

We walk you through the important issues and the recommended actions, so you can decide what to handle with your team and where you need help.

DEVICES, PEOPLE & NEXT STEPS

Check the protections your team depends on.

Review computer settings, security updates, and employee awareness. You’ll understand the gaps and receive recommendations for addressing them.

Computer security settings reviews

A check of agreed devices for settings such as encryption, firewall protection, and security software configuration.

Why it matters
Having security software installed does not tell you whether the settings around it are doing their job.
What you receive
Device-specific findings and recommended settings your IT team can use. Any changes are agreed and quoted separately.

Security update checks

A check for missing or overdue security updates on agreed operating systems and applications.

Why it matters
Updates close known weaknesses, but businesses need to know which are missing and which deserve attention first.
What you receive
A prioritized update list, affected systems, and recommended next steps. Installing updates is separately scoped.

Employee security awareness

Clear guidance on spotting suspicious messages, protecting accounts, and reporting a concern.

Why it matters
Employees need examples that relate to their work and a clear way to ask for help when something feels wrong.
What you receive
The agreed training session or materials, relevant examples, and reporting guidance your team can put into use.

Prioritized recommendations for fixes

A plan for addressing the weaknesses found during your review, with the most important work first.

Why it matters
Knowing there is a problem is only the start. You also need to decide what to do, in what order, and who should do it.
What you receive
Recommended actions, suggested sequencing, and responsibilities to confirm with you or your IT provider. Implementation is quoted separately.

Choose what happens next.

Use the recommendations with your own team or IT provider. If you want us to carry out supported changes, we’ll agree on the work and price before making them.

ONGOING SECURITY REVIEWS

See what has changed. Keep important work moving.

Security settings and business needs change. Regular checks help you spot new gaps and follow up on earlier recommendations.

Backup & recovery reviews

A review of what is backed up, who can access it, how long it is kept, and how recovery is planned.

Why it matters
A backup is useful only if it covers the information you need and supports your recovery plans.
What you receive
Gaps in backup coverage and recovery preparation, plus recommended next steps. An actual restore test requires separate authorization and scope.

Security progress reports

A recurring view of new findings, outstanding actions, and progress on the security checks in your agreement.

Why it matters
You should be able to see what your security spending is addressing and which decisions still need your input.
What you receive
A report at the agreed frequency explaining what changed, what remains open, and the next priorities for your team.

Keep the priorities in view.

Your review plan sets a schedule for the checks that matter to your business. Reports and agreed conversations help you see progress and decide what comes next.

ONE-TIME ASSESSMENT

Business Security Assessment

Starting at $2,000

Before you spend on another security tool, understand where your business actually needs attention. We combine agreed security checks and scans with a review of the findings, then explain what to address first.

What we look at

Your agreed review can cover account and email protection, computer settings and updates, publicly exposed systems, and backup practices. We confirm the exact systems and checks in your quote.

What you take away

  • Understand the gaps. Findings explain what we checked, what needs attention, and why it matters.
  • Choose your next steps. A prioritized action plan helps you direct your time and budget.
  • Talk it through. A results meeting gives you space to ask questions and plan with your IT provider.

A typical starting engagement

For a small business with up to 10 user accounts and 10 workstations, one Microsoft 365 tenant, and one location. We review agreed account and sign-in settings, computer protections and update status, and backup practices. Basic external checks can cover one authorized public IP address and one business website/domain.

Your deliverables: an executive summary, supporting findings, a prioritized action plan, and a one-hour results meeting. Your quote lists the exact checks and delivery schedule.

Servers, custom applications, additional tenants or locations, penetration testing, restore testing, and implementation are quoted separately. An assessment does not certify compliance or guarantee that every weakness will be found.

No monthly subscription required. Scope and final price are agreed before work begins; implementation is quoted separately.

A few answers before we talk.

What do I get from the $2,000 assessment?

A defined review for a typical small environment of up to 10 accounts and 10 workstations, one Microsoft 365 tenant, and one location. You receive a written findings report, prioritized recommendations, and a one-hour results meeting. We explain what the findings mean and what to address first, so you can plan the work with your own team or IT provider. Final pricing depends on your environment and scope.

Can you work with our current IT provider?

Yes. Your IT provider knows your systems. We can add a security review, share the findings, and help agree on priorities and responsibilities. You can keep your existing IT relationship.

Is this just an automated scan?

Scans are one part of the work when included in your scope. We also review the agreed settings and findings, explain their relevance to your business, and recommend next steps. Your deliverables include context and priorities, rather than leaving you to interpret a scan output.

Do I have to sign up for monthly services?

No. You can buy a one-time assessment without a recurring plan. If regular reviews would be useful afterward, we can discuss a separate agreement.

How do you determine the final price?

Business Security Assessments start at $2,000. Focused reviews and ongoing review plans are custom quoted. We confirm the systems covered, review depth, frequency, and coordination required before providing a written quote. You can choose a one-time review without a recurring agreement.

What happens during the first conversation?

Tell us what your business relies on, what concerns you, and who looks after your technology. We’ll discuss whether an assessment or focused review fits your needs. The introductory consultation is free, and work starts only after you approve a quote.

Do you provide 24/7 monitoring or incident response?

Our ongoing services cover scheduled reviews and advice. They do not include continuous monitoring, incident response, unlimited devices, or a guarantee against attacks. Any implementation work has a separately agreed scope.

Let’s make your next step clearer.

Tell us what your business needs. We’ll help you decide what to check first.
